Welcome to Enjoy Life Travel. We are honored to help you create meaningful travel experiences. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and apply to all travel planning, reservations, and bookings made through Enjoy Life Travel.

By requesting travel planning services, approving an itinerary, paying a deposit, or authorizing a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. About Us

Enjoy Life Travel is a travel advisory service operated by SiraSocial LLC, doing business as Enjoy Life Travel, and is affiliated with KHM Travel Group, a host travel agency. We act solely as an intermediary between our clients and travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers, and destination management companies.

2. Our Services

We provide personalized travel planning and booking services, including but not limited to:

  • Hotel and resort reservations

  • Custom itinerary design

  • Honeymoons and romantic travel

  • European travel planning

  • Wellness retreats

  • Group travel

  • Private air charter coordination

  • Tours, activities, transfers, and other travel arrangements

Travel recommendations are based on the information provided by the client. While we strive to create exceptional travel experiences, availability, pricing, and supplier offerings are subject to change until confirmed.

3. Booking Confirmation

No reservation is considered confirmed until payment has been processed by the applicable supplier and confirmation has been issued.

Prices quoted are subject to availability and may change without notice until booked.

4. Payments

Payment schedules are determined by the applicable travel supplier.

Failure to make payments by the stated due dates may result in cancellation of your reservation, additional fees, or loss of deposits.

Enjoy Life Travel is not responsible for supplier-imposed penalties resulting from missed payment deadlines.

5. Planning & Service Fees

Planning or professional service fees, when applicable, will be disclosed before work begins.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, professional planning fees are non-refundable, as they compensate for research, itinerary design, consultation, and travel planning services already performed.

6. Supplier Responsibility

Enjoy Life Travel acts solely as an agent for independent travel suppliers.

We do not own, operate, manage, or control airlines, hotels, cruise lines, transportation providers, excursion operators, or other travel suppliers.

Accordingly, we are not responsible for any supplier's:

  • Acts or omissions

  • Schedule changes

  • Delays

  • Cancellations

  • Bankruptcy or financial default

  • Service quality

  • Overbooking

  • Mechanical failures

  • Labor disputes

  • Weather disruptions

  • Government restrictions

  • Health emergencies

  • Other events beyond our control

Each supplier maintains its own terms, conditions, and cancellation policies.

7. Cancellations & Changes

Requests to cancel or modify travel arrangements must be submitted in writing.

Changes and cancellations are subject to supplier availability and supplier-imposed penalties.

Enjoy Life Travel cannot guarantee that changes will be possible after reservations have been confirmed.

Refunds, when available, are determined solely by the travel supplier.

8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for every trip.

Travel insurance may provide protection for:

  • Trip cancellations

  • Medical emergencies

  • Emergency evacuation

  • Travel delays

  • Lost baggage

  • Supplier interruptions

  • Unexpected events before or during travel

If you choose not to purchase travel insurance, you acknowledge that you understand the financial risks associated with traveling without coverage.

9. Travel Documents

Clients are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining:

  • Valid passports

  • Required visas

  • Entry permits

  • Health documentation

  • Vaccination requirements

  • Customs documentation

It is the traveler's responsibility to verify all entry requirements before departure.

Enjoy Life Travel is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, missed travel, or expenses resulting from incomplete or invalid travel documentation.

10. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for reviewing all confirmations, itineraries, invoices, and travel documents immediately upon receipt.

Any errors regarding traveler names, dates of birth, travel dates, destinations, or other booking details must be reported promptly.

Failure to identify errors before travel may result in supplier fees or loss of travel arrangements.

11. Force Majeure

Enjoy Life Travel shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, cancellations, losses, or additional expenses resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Severe weather

  • Hurricanes

  • Wildfires

  • Pandemics

  • Government actions

  • Civil unrest

  • Terrorism

  • Labor strikes

  • Transportation interruptions

  • Acts of God

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enjoy Life Travel and SiraSocial LLC shall not be liable for any injury, illness, death, property damage, financial loss, inconvenience, delay, or other damages arising from services provided by independent travel suppliers.

Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount of professional service fees paid directly to Enjoy Life Travel.

13. Privacy

Client information is used solely for the purpose of planning and arranging travel and will only be shared with suppliers as necessary to complete requested travel arrangements.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Any dispute arising from the use of our services shall be governed by the applicable laws of Florida.

15. Acceptance

By requesting travel planning services, paying a deposit, authorizing a booking, or otherwise engaging Enjoy Life Travel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
